According to rural circle inspector B Tirupathi Reddy, the thirteen year old boy lured the girl, who was staying beside his house, by offering a chocolate and then took her into his house and raped her. The parents of the girl were shocked to see their daughter bleeding when she came home. They shifted her to hospital immediately.
The boy is at large and the police registered case under section 376-2(F) (committing rape on a woman below twelve years age).
