Hyderabad: The talks between Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and the striking Seemandhra Electricity Employees JAC (SEEJAC) failed again in the second day even as misery piled up in the region due to power outage and shortage in fuel supply.
Guntur, a major city in Seemandhra, today faced complete blackout. Minor scuffle broke out in Guntur as the public tried to vent their ire over shortage of fuel and power outages. The police brought the situation under control. The scenario is similar in other major towns too, sources said.
