YSR Congress Party president and Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy , principal accused in the quid-pro-quo case, today appeared before the Special Court for here on Thursday.
Former ministers P. Sabita Indra Reddy and Dharmana Prasada Rao also accused in the case appeared before the court. It was for the first time Jagan appeared before the court after his release on bail on September 24.
The court on September 23 granted Jagan conditional bail and directed that he should present himself before the court during the proceedings of the case.
The case relates to investments made by various companies in Jaganmohan Reddy's firms as quid quo pro for various favours bestowed on them during the tenure of his father Y S Rajasekhara Reddy as Chief Minister between 2004 and 2009.
