After getting reduced by party seniors and high command at Delhi, Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy is strengthening his efforts to launch a new political party. In fact although Kiran harbored the idea, in anticipation of party to look into concerns of the Seemandhra people CM postponed the idea.
But his scathing attack and anti-congress rhetoric on the T decision has been received as a rebellious attack and a breach of the Lakshman Rekha of the Congress party's disciplinary code has reduced him to a person non-grata in the party. Kiran's close aide and cabinet rank minister said that Kiran is reviving the idea of floating a new party but waiting for the right time.
With people in Seemandhra hailing him as Seemandhra simham there can’t be a better timing for Kiran to announce his intentions. With allegations that Jagan had a nexus with Congress to get the bail, Kiran stands better off, and a champion for the seemandhra cause and he'd be received by people of SA according to sources close to Kiran. Even senior congress leaders including Botsa, Chiranjeevi along with Anam couping against Kiran Kumar in favour of high command.
With his equations changing in the party, Kiran has been successful in drawing attention of the people in SA, and we need to wait and see how he will call off Congress (before he is dispelled from the party) and launch his outfit.
