APNGOs have made it clear that they will not sit for talks with any official other than the Chief Minister himself. APNGOs association president P. Ashok Babu said that the APNGOS will continue their strike until October 15, as announced earlier.
APNGOs association president P. Ashok Babu reiterated that the employees will not meet Antony Committee set up by Congress leadership after the CWC announcement on Telangana. “Congress itself is not clear about the Antony Committee’s agenda. Then what justice the Committee can deliver to us?” he said.
Ashok Babu said APNGOs will not attend the meeting called by state Chief Secretary PK Mohanty. Heh however said that if the CS calls for any information from them, they will furnish such information without fail.
Ashok Babu gave a call to Seemandhra MPs who have resigned their seats and are awaiting a decision from Speaker Meira Kumar, to vacate their official bungalows in Delhi voluntarily. He demanded MPs not to go to Delhi again if they are sincere about their resignations, adding that Speaker’s decision is a mere technicality.
