Ties between MIM and YSR Congress cut off?

Hyderabad: While it may not be official and public going by the recent MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi’s comments on YS Jagan point us to the not-so-good friendship shared between the secular friends, MIM and YSR Congress parties.

In fact Asaduddin reportedly took to twitter to express displeasure about his so called best friend Jagan Mohan Reddy for first ever time.

MIM has a pretty strong foothold in the Hyderabad and adjoining Telangana regions and with Jagan praising Modi recently, he has come under heavy attack of the MIM and the party head has shown its red flag to YS Jagan. It may be recalled that Modi is flayed for his role in Godhra attacks resulting in killing of hundreds of Muslims.

Owaisi questioned Jagan how he could not remember Modi’s role in Godhra riots and how can he praise a Hindu Chief Minister. In fact Owaisi reminded Jagan of the minority-friendly schemes implemented by late Dr YSR which are not even followed in fraction in Gujarat that Jagan has been praising!

It’s not cut off yet it, but looks like Jagan will have to choose between being secular or not and not attract the ire of potential political allies.
