Plea for Bharatratna to NTR

President of Rambhupal Choudary Educational Society Y. Parameswara Reddy urged the government to announce Bharatratna for NT Rama Rao who was responsible for change in society in the State. He was the pioneer in initiating the welfare schemes, which were emulated by many political parties and many states. He was the first leader to create quota for women in political posts.
